We cater for a true African feel that reflects our own South African tradition, veld, and nature. The Reserve offers many views to satisfy all needs and requirements, both corporate and public alike. All functions are small and intimate, with 40 people or less. Whether modest or elaborate, we'll attend to your needs. We can accommodate more people at an additional cost in a marquee tent for up to 100 people. All flowers, décor, furniture, sound equipment, stages, and flooring can be additionally requested at additional costs. Veld and open-air picnics can be accommodated. We specialize in intimate functions and parties, preferably not larger than 40 guests. When clients need a bigger venue, they can additionally hire a Marquee or Stretch tent for their own account. We have a list of preferred suppliers who are familiar with the venue, and it will be supplied on demand once the booking is confirmed and arrangements are taken care of by Weltevreden staff.

Weddings

We specialise in intimate wedding gatherings, preferably not larger than 40 heads. Modest or elaborate we’ll attend your needs and cater for your special day. In the event that a bride need a bigger venue, additional hire of Marque- or Stretch Tent for her account. We have a list of preferred suppliers that knows the venue and will be supplied on demand once the booking is confirmed and arrangements are taken on by Weltevreden staff. Weltevreden Game Lodge offers our clients the ideal wedding venue: intimate, close and warm. With various options to choose from, a dream wedding is just around the corner. Conferences seminars team-builds and special events

We can accommodate 4o people in the facility Fully equipped hall for all your conference needs, with a deck overlooking the river With a relaxed atmosphere to ensure optimal results and ensure productivity. The accommodation can host 22 people with cleaning services and helpful staff that’s on stand by for your convenience Clean facilities that’s air conditioning controlled environment, clipboard and HD projector for presentations. Audiovisual equipment, stationery, water etc. are at your disposal Three Meals a day
